Data controller

The controller of personal data is TIKKA Construction Sp. z o.o., registered in Wrocław. We process data in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) solely to prepare quotes and handle enquiries.

Scope and purpose of processing

We process the data entered in the contact form and configurator: name, e-mail address, phone number, message content and – in the configurator – delivery postcode. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Data is stored for 24 months from the last contact.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send requests to kontakt@tikka-construction.eu.
